Our staff members are skilled in using the following tools and or formats.	About Us
	MacPherson & Associate has been in the business of designing electronics for twenty years. We work in both civilian and military fields. We started doing Electronic Warfare projects for the U.S. and allied militaries. We deigned Detector Log Video Amplifiers, Threshold Detectors, Linear Amplifiers, Video D-A Converters and Log-IF Amplifiers. Our senior engineer worked for the BBC in its "Studio Planning and Installation Department" and has acquired great expertise in Audio and Video. After the Cold War we turned our sights on Single Board Computers and Design to Specification. We have built Single Board Computers for a variety of customers with a variety of needs. We have designed with various microprocessors including the 8-bit Z80™ and Z182, the 32-bit ARM™ SA1110, and the 64-bit MPC8260 PowerQUICC II™ . We routinely design FPGAs using either Altera or Xilinx for the highest speed jobs and using Actel with its non-volatile nature for ultra secure requirements.
